Appleford Rooms - Depending on the nature of the function such as sit down dinner, cocktail buffet, or food stations... Up to 100 guests will be more than comfortable in these rooms all year round.

		Music Room The Music Room features a baby grand Steinway piano, two exits to the terrace, random width wood flooring, a walk-in hearth, comfortable living room furniture, an antique cabinet with china place settings and family portraits on most walls.
		Pine Room The Pine Room is a handsome room with a library-like feel to it with plentiful built-in bookcases and china cupboards. There is a fireplace, huge oriental carpet and outstanding oil portraits of the Parsons family.
		Dining Room The Dining Room is three steps up from the Pine Room. It boasts an elegant crystal chandelier and two matching crystal wall scones. This room has a fireplace and high mantel. Along with the wonderful dining room table and buffet, the room is enhanced by a mural depicting a floral scene, which was hand painted in Europe for Mrs. Parsons.

Also included in the rental of the facility is a three room bride's suite available for two hours prior to the wedding ceremony for the dressing of the bride. A charming groom’s room and restroom are also available.
